Known Bug Fixes - 0001

Promo Code Error
Build 1.0.4 has a known bug when trying to use promo code WEATHERFRIEND for the 50% subscription discount. Here's instructions to resolve the issue until we release a new build.
1. After you've entered promo code WEATHERFRIEND into the promo code section and you process payment with apple you might experience the below error message. If so, proceed to #2.
2. Close all error messages by pressing "ok" button. Proceed to #3
3. You should see the subscription screen below after closing the error messages. Re-tap the white $29.99/YR button in the Weather Champ+ subscription box (Image 1). This will manually recycle the subscription confirmation and turn the subscription box to a dark background and a teal boarder (Image 3) confirming your have been upgraded to the Champ+ premium subscription. If this does not resolved your issues, proceed to #4.

4. If re-tapping the $29.99/YR button did not turn the subscription card background to black and with teal boarder (Image 3), then we suggest closing the app, clearing it from running in the background and start back at #3.
5. If #4 does not resolve the issue, confirm your subscription in the Apple Account section in general settings under the Subscriptions section. If the Weather Champs subscription is listed as active, then proceed to #6.
6. Confirm you are on build 1.0.5 or greater. Previous builds will not support this fix. Check the build number by going to the Apple App Store here. If an update is available, install the new update and start back at #3.
